JOB DESCRIPTION Overview The Lead CAE Engineer is responsible for all aspects of CAE for multiple projects. It is an opportunity to develop skills and gain experience across a wide range of seating CAE disciplines, including crashworthiness, occupant safety, strength & durability, NVH and comfort. Core Responsibilities: Support seating product development by conducting CAE simulations: Develop CAE quotes and project timing Plan and conduct FE analysis to virtually validate seat designs Coordinate work with colleagues in India Gather data relating to material properties, test specifications and set up Interpret results and draw reasonable conclusions to evaluate structural performance Apply analytical reliability & robust methodologies to optimize seating systems Effectively communicate...
