As a Licensed Engineer (PE), you'll play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and overseeing mechanical systems and components within architectural and engineering projects. Your expertise, ability to mentor and lead younger engineers will contribute to the success of the mechanical engineering department and Anderson as a company. Responsibilites: Technical : Review and approve heat load calculations. Utilize ASHRAE, International plumbing code and VA Til standards. Review and guide Trane3D Plus or HAP use to produce HVAC designs, size equipment and product construction documentation. Review and mentor high temp pipe stress strain documentation, reports and design based on AutoPipe analysis. Review and mentor local plumbing code to review building plumbing systems and review Revit model and construction documents.
