Job Duties Performs a variety of more difficult technical and supportive professional engineering tasks, including: Work with RCOC technical and engineering staff to support the installation and modernization of traffic signals and other electrical devices. Prepare plans, specifications, estimates, bids, and proposals, and provide expertise on signal standards, details, past signal field experience, and contract documents.
