POSITION INFORMATION As a multi-disciplinary engineering firm, success in this position will require the ability to coordinate all aspects of construction management, administration, and inspection services as necessary. DGL is looking for a well-rounded Senior Construction Engineer to enhance the qualifications of our Construction Management Department. • Reports to Director of Technical Services • Full-time, Non-Exempt • 4-8 years of previous experience in construction engineering PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include but are not limited to the following: • Work under supervision of a Project Manager or Senior-level Team Members • Serve as Resident Engineer and/or Project Inspector on construction projects • Communicate with Department leaders for understanding of project scope • Oversee daily inspection of work performed by the contractor • Record daily construction activities, quantities, contractor's equipment and on-site personnel • Scheduling and facilitating...
