Overview The Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op will have the opportunity to immerse themselves within our Poynette manufacturing facility which makes the majority of our indoor air quality products sold in the US. They'll have the opportunity to learn how a manufacturing facility runs while making a meaningful contribution to the plant's operation by contributing to completion of our engineering department's 2026 projects and goals. Overview As Manufacturing Engineering Technician , you will support the manufacturing engineering team by assisting in the design, development, testing, and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. This role ensures efficient production operations, maintains quality standards, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor. Responsibilities Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment. Serve as the first point of contact to assist Plant Maintenance in identifying equipment-related root causes and direct Plant Maintenance in correcting identified issues.
