Overview As Manufacturing Engineering Technician , you will support the manufacturing engineering team by assisting in the design, development, testing, and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. This role ensures efficient production operations, maintains quality standards, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor. Responsibilities Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment. Serve as the first point of contact to assist Plant Maintenance in identifying equipment-related root causes and direct Plant Maintenance in correcting identified issues. Provide start-up assistance with automated manufacturing equipment to Plant Engineering, Maintenance, and Production.
