Job Description DUTIES: Optimize and define design and validation requirements, predict inverter losses and heat rejection, predict high voltage bus ripple and resonances, assess the impact of control strategy on component design and validation, assess impact of design changes on component and system performance, and HTD, PTC, Ripple Rejection Analysis. Support power electronics teams in all phases of program execution from concept to production. Provide technical leadership in program product development teams and supplier assessment activities pertaining to power inverters and high voltage bus. Actively pursue cost reduction, size reduction and efficiency improvement. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office. Multiple positions available.
