Location: Renton office Wage: $120,000 to $140,000 Program Manager / Mechanical Engineering Project Manager Responsibilities • Oversee and manage the project development and engineering resources on a per project basis. Manage client expectations. • Create, manage, and develop the scope of work, mechanical design documents for the client approved projects getting implemented. • Manage the other design principles per project. Manage and run design team coordination meetings and ensure the design is staying on schedule • Work with the assigned construction manager to build the Guaranteed Maximum Construction Costs (GMAX) for projects • Assist the sales team in client meetings and presentations • Manage engineering project teammates and provide coaching and mentoring in their career development. • Create, manage, and oversee the budgets for the Investment Grade Audits, and/or Pre-Construction Services Proposals, and the Mechanical Design Budgets. • Specify equipment,...
