SUMMARY OF POSITION: Under close supervision, performs engineering-related assignments as part of a cross-functional team. This may include learning and using various instruments and different software to assist engineers and designers on tests related to the design, performance, or failure of company products. SPECIFIC DUTIES: 1. As appropriate, learn to use Instron machine, CRV/noise tester, or other electrical/mechanical testers to assist engineers and designers in project tasks. 2. Work with engineering and marketing to learn the specifics of component design, manufacturing and marketing. 3. Assist engineers and test lab personnel in testing required for development and proof of design integrity. 4. Learn to analyze test results and makes charts/graphs out of testing data. 5.
