SUMMARY OF POSITION: Under close supervision, performs engineering-related assignments as part of a cross-functional team. This may include learning and using various engineering software packages to assist senior engineers and designers in preparing a variety of detailed layouts, design details, or other project tasks. SPECIFIC DUTIES: 1. As appropriate, learn Pro E, other CAD software, or other engineering software packages to assist senior engineers and designers in project tasks. 2. Work with engineering and marketing to learn the specifics of component design, manufacturing and marketing. 3. Assist engineers and test lab personnel in completing testing required for development and proof of design integrity. 4.
