Job Overview We are looking for Process Engineer Intern to join us Spring or Summer 2026 at Marvin. Provide Production lines and other Process Support sub-groups with strategic plans and tactical short-term actions to drive and sustain continuous operational improvements. Provide immediate solutions to daily disruptions encountered by production and other departments in Roanoke. Highlights of your role Use innovative process engineering and lean methodologies to identify and implement short, intermediate and long-term improvements to manufacturing practices and results. Work to build operational standard work, demonstrating this to improve business performance.
