We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to collaborate with internal and external teams in creating advanced CAD models of bakery equipment and plant layouts. This role ensures designs are functional and manufacturable, and oversees the creation of bills of materials, as well as issuing design packages for manufacturing and purchasing. Key Responsibilities: Design bakery equipment using SolidEdge 3D CAD software to evaluate form, fit, and function. Develop plant layouts to optimize process flow and equipment placement.
