JOB SUMMARY SPXFlow is looking for a college co-op student to join our Mixing Industry Continuous Improvement Team. The student will be responsible for helping with improvements to the manufacturing processes as they relate to error and waste reduction and material flow improvements. Tools that will be use will include SAP, A3 Problem Solving, Lean methodologies, MS Office Products, and AutoCAD. The Co-Op can expect to complete 1-2 A3 Projects and several smaller focus improvements. Pay: $25.00HR Co-op term: Spring/Summer 2027 (double or single block) PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Able to analyze existing production processes, identify work elements, time them & optimize balance.
