Job Summary: The Process Engineer supports the facility by improving manufacturing processes. This role partners with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve process, quality, safety, and efficiency issues while driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities include supporting new model launches, evaluating materials and equipment, developing process documentation, monitoring process capability, and implementing improvements using SPC and Lean/CI methods. The Process Engineer also trains and coaches team members on SOPs, problem-solving, 5S, TPM, SMED, and standard work while ensuring processes meet customer, quality, cost, and safety requirements.
