ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assists the Project Manager and/or Transportation Engineer in reviewing and resolving project design issues, schedule and budget; tracks project status, attends project meetings, including meetings with design consultants, state and federal agencies, and other local governments to communicate and coordinate project tasks.
