Manufacturing Engineer: The Manufacturing Engineer develops, optimizes, and supports manufacturing processes used to build industrial control panels in accordance with UL 508A, NEC, and company standards. This role creates and improves build documentation, work instructions, layouts, and tooling to increase quality, throughput, and manufacturability. The Manufacturing Engineer serves as the technical liaison between Engineering, Production, QC, and Supply Chain, providing troubleshooting support, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring panels are efficiently built to design requirements.
