Description The Martin Marietta Continuous Improvement/Industrial Engineering Internship at the Salisbury Shop provides students with meaningful, hands-on experience supporting engineering, fabrication, machining, and repair operations within the Company's only crusher repair facility. Reporting to the Shop Manager, the Engineering Intern will gain exposure to a wide variety of engineering and manufacturing processes while working alongside experienced engineers, machinists, welders, and maintenance and warehouse personnel. This opportunity allows students to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world industrial environment while developing technical, analytical, and project management skills.
