As a Sr. Engineer, you will : 1st responder design support to new manufacturing operations evaluating non-conformances and timely hardware dispositions Apply engineering expertise and mfg. process knowledge to judge severity of non-conformance versus drawing specifications (GD&T) and design requirements (consult peer SME, as needed) Support mfg. and supply chain partners with quality improvements and corrective actions to prevent repeat non-conformances Demonstrate sense of urgency and cross-functional teamwork at all times Extensive collaboration with internal customers within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and design engineering to address component quality, cost, and velocity.
