Responsibilities for this position would include designing a wide variety of private development projects such as single-family or multi-family housing subdivisions, commercial real estate development projects, and industrial parks. Other responsibilities include helping manage project budgets, building client relationships, quality control of Land Development projects and overall project management. In addition to managing projects, this role may include the management and mentoring of Engineers-In-Training and CAD Production staff. This position will include both office and fieldwork.
