Description Design Engineering (Primary Focus) Develop roadway, highway, and bridge plan sets in compliance with WisDOT Facilities Development Manual (FDM) and standards. Use Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation to prepare horizontal/vertical alignments, cross sections, grading plans, utility coordination, and details. Perform engineering calculations such as geometric design, drainage analysis, traffic staging layouts, and quantity take-offs. Coordinate with survey and environmental teams to integrate field data and regulatory requirements into design deliverables.
