Responsibilities Meet production requirements consistent with the business plan, engineering requirements and quality standards. Manufacturing Engineering efforts on new and existing product lines. Training and development needs for the workforce. Lean initiatives Support to all areas of the organization (Design, Manufacturing, Materials, Planning, Quality) in production of company products. Process audits, risk assessments, PFMEA's, process documentation. Participate in manufacturability reviews in support of new product development. Participate in design reviews internally and externally with customers. Qualifications BS in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. 10 - 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in an aviation or aerospace environment is a plus.
