We're seeking strong technical quality professional to develop and implement quality assurance standards into aerospace manufacturing processes and inspections. Must have a strong background programming CMM equipment using Polyworks software. Summary: Develops and implements quality assurance standards into manufacturing processes and inspection relating to the objectives of the RFC team. Responsible for dimensional verification of product though use of various inspection tools and techniques. Monitors data to keep processes in control; works with suppliers and customers to maintain day-to-day operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others as assigned. Applies modern quality principles, concepts, and methods to aerospace manufacturing operations through use of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
