Job Responsibilities: Responsible for equipment concept, quoting, design, debugging, and production. Robotic programming to optimize production efficiency. Provide technical support and training to the operations team, tooling department, maintenance department, and outside vendor sources. Troubleshoots problems with processes and hardware. Provide and maintain new equipment component standards. Work with programmable controllers, robots, and CNC equipment. Generate C.A.D. drawings for facility layout, electrical schematics, mechanical fabrication design, and equipment design. Provide technical support for all health, safety, and environmental policies. Support manufacturing through project activities to improve quality, consistency, and output by recommending, implementing, and documenting improvements.
