Additionally, you will be enabling the many recent and future product innovations in our pipeline. Co-ops with our team are assigned real, high-impact projects for which they are given full ownership as well as the support of experienced engineers to coach and guide them. Aside from "desk" work and time in a lab, co-ops travel to producing sites to help make their work successful.
