Engineering Technician - Spring Lake, MI DISHER is partnering with a leading custom cable assembly and wire harness manufacturer, to add an Engineering Technician to their team to support the development, launch, and maintenance of wire harness production processes. This role will work closely with engineering to translate customer and design requirements into robust, repeatable manufacturing methods by analyzing drawings and CAD data, conducting process capability studies, and participating in design of experiments. The technician will evaluate and recommend appropriate components, tooling, fixtures, and materials, while using ERP and spreadsheet tools to manage process data and changes.
