The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. Nature and Scope Perform routine and preventive maintenance on various equipment, including crushers, grinders, kilns, and material handling systems to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime. Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical issues affecting production. Use problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions to recurring problems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts usage. Contribute to the development of maintenance schedules and procedures. Work closely with senior personnels and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and improve operational efficiency. Participate in team meetings to discuss projects and progress.
