JOB PURPOSE: Serve as a lead engineer, ensuring that new products are created and existing products are modified, such that they integrate with the fully automated ERP/MES and CAD/CAM systems. Ensure smooth mechanical design/engineering, bill of materials creation, and routings of casework and office furniture products with a strong emphasis on the overall system and user-friendly experience within the engineering team and throughout the manufacturing process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop Insight and Construct models using engineering principles to support manufacturing processes.
