Job Purpose The Engineering Manager of the Trackwork Division of Progress Rail plans, organizes, and directs the Design Engineering staff to develop specialized Railroad Trackwork structures for North American Class 1 and Transit applications. They will lead the development and standardization of the Design engineering processes for the production and assembly of Trackwork products across seven facilities within the US. They are also responsible to implement and champion new methodologies to improve the consistency and timeliness of the Design Engineering activities and streamline & clarify projects to reduce completion time.
