Job Type Full-time Description Identify, evaluate, develop, and support the implementation of projects to increase sales, improve processes, and reduce costs. The repair development engineer will manage and lead assigned projects to completion. Projects will vary in work scope from developing a repair from OEM Technical Data to advising leadership toward major process changes such as capability improvements by equipment procurement. Requirements Read and interpret OEM Technical Data such as Inspection Repair Manuals, Drawings, MOT/MWIs, etc. Review, advise, and write thorough Repair Routings to ensure efficiency and feasibility; Routings include each individual operation's instructions.
