FUNCTIONAL ROLE We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC/CAD Engineer to support both engineering and production operations. This role works closely with project managers, oversees CNC operations, and contributes directly to shop production using water jet, laser, and other CNC equipment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in CAD drafting, CNC programming, and fabrication processes, with the ability to manage workflow from design through production. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Collaborate with project managers to develop drawings, layouts, and production plans for custom fabrication projects. Create and modify CAD drawings (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) for fabrication and architectural signage. Program and operate CNC machines, including water jet, laser, plasma, and router systems.
