FUNCTIONAL ROLE We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC/CAD Engineer to support both engineering and production operations. This role works closely with project managers, oversees CNC operations, and contributes directly to shop production using water jet, laser, and other CNC equipment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in CAD drafting, CNC programming, and fabrication processes, with the ability to manage workflow from design through production. Summary: The Civil Engineering Intern supports the Building Works PEMB Engineering team by assisting with engineering design support, process improvements, and project documentation related to pre-engineered metal building systems. This role provides hands-on experience in structural and civil engineering practices within a manufacturing and construction environment. The intern will work closely with engineering staff to support drawing reviews, engineering calculations, project documentation, and process improvement initiatives that improve engineering accuracy, efficiency, and standardization.
