The role works closely with manufacturing and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure aircraft structural integrity while supporting production objectives. Analyze and resolve structural non-conformances affecting aircraft production. Review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and develop structural repair dispositions in accordance with engineering standards and approved practices.
