The Mechanical Engineer I (ME) applies the knowledge of engineering principles to design curtainwall systems and components. The ME develops and refines processes within all departments including design and engineering, manufacturing, and field installation. The ME provides building physics support (thermal, acoustic, etc.) through specification review and analysis. The ME uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals per schedule and budget objectives. The ME may lead and direct the work of others. Role and Responsibilities Develop curtainwall systems and components making appropriate decisions based on project specifications and budgets. Develop and refine processes for design and engineering, manufacturing, and installation departments.
