Our clients frequently come to us only knowing the symptoms of their problems - we get the challenge (and fun) of investigating and figuring out what's really wrong. We deliver multiple solutions and work with the client to pick the best solution for their case. Then we get to do the actual work of carrying out our ideas and solving their problems for good. Most of our projects are renovations, frequently of only the MEP/FP systems, so it makes for some interesting and challenging projects. The fun of renovation work is dealing with the existing constraints imposed by the structure or building operations. We find ourselves regularly solving problems like how to make the equipment fit into an existing building or figuring out how the contractor will build your design.
