The Facilities Engineer acts as a project manager for construction, renovation, FMP (factory master plan) initiatives. This role is heavily loaded with CAD work, maintaining the plant masters, and site facilities document control. After being given general instructions the FE Tech must be self-managed in accomplishing all dictated tasks. There will be heavy recon work in/on the site, plant, and office. As in vetting CAD drawings dimensions and accuracy, moving materials with a forklift or pallet jack, vertical lift work, light assembly of fixtures and furniture. Meeting and proposal work including note taking and presentation work. Also, some small projects will be given to this role as a growth vehicle.
