The Mechanical Automation Engineering 3 position is part of the Production Engineering group that supports all areas of production and assembly in the factory. This includes sheet metal stamping, copper tubing, aluminum tubing, heat exchange coils, paint, plastics, material kitting, and assembly. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills and have relevant experience with problem solving, collaboration, strong design skills and hands on mechanical aptitude. The Mechanical Automation Engineer 3is responsible for conceptualizing, specifying, designing, ordering, and programming automation equipment with a focus on robotics. Also provides guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, technicians, and operations support staff.
