Description The Assistant Civil/Transmission Engineer will work under the supervision of a licensed professional engineer to assist project teams to create world class designs for new projects, alterations and redevelopments on a variety of projects including underground and overhead high voltage transmission lines. The Assistant Civil/Transmission Engineer will work with the project team throughout the design and construction process, adapting transmission line plans according to budget constraints, design factors or client needs. Assists in the transmission line design of projects from the conceptual phase through design completion. Summary Under minimal supervision, the Senior Connector Design Engineer will lead the design and development of advanced RF and microwave components and assemblies for industry-leading product lines across some of the world's most demanding markets and applications. This role involves developing innovative solutions for connectors, adapters, cable assemblies, antennas, and other RF/microwave products that meet stringent performance requirements in applications ranging from submarine environments to interstellar space. The engineer will manage complex projects from concept through production, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross functionally to support aggressive growth initiatives.
