Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer II (Production Engineering & Design Control) Role Overview We are seeking an analytical, hands-on, and proactive Manufacturing Engineer II to support our production engineering team across design, documentation, process optimization, and shop-floor support. In this role, you will lead key projects including product redesigns, tooling and fixture development, process improvements, and the execution of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) within enterprise PLM systems. This is an active, on-site technical role combining CAD design with daily production troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Quality, Operations, and Product Management teams to conduct time studies, apply Lean manufacturing principles, and ensure smooth implementation of design changes.
