The Formability Engineer will be responsible for the die face creation in CAD software and for evaluating the feasibility of automotive body components (BIW) and chassis parts. You will use advanced simulation software (AutoForm) to predict material behavior, identify potential manufacturing defects (such as thinning, splitting, or wrinkling), and collaborate with Design and Tooling teams to optimize part geometry for mass production. This position is first (1st) shift and is located at our Hercules Tooling Group facility in Warren, Michigan.
