The Mechanical Engineering Co-Op supports the Engineering Department through hands-on involvement in the design, detailing, documentation, and support of automated manufacturing equipment, welding systems, and custom fixtures. This role provides students with practical engineering experience in mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and automation systems within a collaborative project-based environment. The position works closely with Mechanical Engineers and cross-functional teams to support project execution activities including 3D modeling, drawing creation, bill of material development, design reviews, and manufacturing support.
