NDI Engineering Company is seeking a Project Lead Engineer to join our team and support design projects in our Thorofare, NJ, office. The ideal candidate will have experience in design of Naval Ship Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems or power plant systems; have experience executing design projects, particularly in AutoCAD; possess strong organizational skills and attention to details; and, possess strong communication skills. Job Responsibilities Organize and assign design tasks in accordance with design process procedures. Identify personnel requirements in support of design development across multiple disciplines Provide instruction, guidance and direction to design developers in execution of the design by providing mentorship and leadership.
