The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will provide technical leadership to identify manual and automated equipment needed to support manufacturing and conveyor assembly. The incumbent will profile methodologies and capabilities of equipment manufacturers to support process development and ongoing operations. They will introduce new process technologies to maximize capital utilization and minimize time to volume; will work with management to assess, understand, and develop equipment vendor capabilities and write equipment specification documentation. The Engineering Offsite Supervisor supervises the day-to-day maintenance and construction activities of Riverview and contract employees at Offsite Location(s). Able to design and implement an operations and maintenance program for all offsite facilities. Coordinate with the Engineering Director, Manager of Engineering, Maintenance Supervisor and Construction Supervisor to schedule and complete required maintenance projects.
