About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on Product Development Engineer for our Wickenburg, AZ location to drive innovation and improvement across our product lines. You'll take ideas from concept to production-designing in SolidWorks, working side-by-side with production teams, and ensuring our products are safe, reliable, cost-effective, and easy to manufacture. What You'll Do: Design and develop new products and improve existing ones. Create 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and process instructions. Estimate production costs and optimize designs for manufacturability. Lead multiple projects from start to finish, keeping timelines on track.
