Manager, Airline Support Engineering What You Will Do Lead and actively participate in managing an engineering team responsible for providing structural, mechanical, electrical, and powerplant repair services for aircraft and components. Review and approve damage assessments and repair designs while ensuring full regulatory compliance. Maintain current knowledge of FAA Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and applicable OEM Service Bulletins, and ensure proper incorporation into engineering documentation and processes. Serve as the primary engineering liaison to the FAA, designees, and aircraft customers. Support organizational growth through business development and continuous improvement initiatives, including customer presentations, proposal development for aircraft engineering services, and industry or business partnerships.
