They are responsible for the execution of Quality deliverables during new product development, ensuring new product meets requirements prior to SOP. This role supports current products by addressing internal and external nonconformance issues through root cause analysis and product testing/validation, effectively communicating with multiple departments regarding recommendations on product improvements through detailed data collection and reports.
