Essential Duties & Responsibilities Plan and formulate engineering projects and organize activities according to project requirements. As part of project initiation/development prepare/review capital expenditure requests to develop project documents including scope, user requirements, functional specifications, etc. as needed. Coordinate project phases; scope development/design and installation.
