ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Senior Civil Engineer will manage and design a mix of public and private capital construction projects from start to finish including: conceptual/master planning, design, reporting, permitting, and public presentations. A significant percentage of the project portfolio includes the reconstruction of dams of various types and hazard classifications.
