PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Design and development of custom semiconductor modules. Analyze electrical, thermal, and mechanical module performance for demanding military and commercial applications. SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyzes Computer models of products or systems either by hand or via appropriate computer software. (e.g. Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Q3D, SPICE, C or Visual Basic Programs, etc.) Propose and/or develop value engineered solutions (during design or development phase) and make recommendations internally, or to the customer where appropriate. Analyzes data to determine technical feasibility of product proposal. Generates Computer models of products or systems using appropriate computer software and techniques.
