POSITION GOAL Support assigned Manufacturing Engineering activities as directed by the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and designated Manufacturing Engineers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide support to Manufacturing Engineering personnel as assigned. Work effectively as a Manufacturing Engineering support team member to ensure operational metrics are achieved and that any required corrective actions are actively pursued. Maintain up-to-date information on manufacturing engineering tasks within the manufacturing cell log. Design or specify assigned equipment, tooling, and racking required to support manufacturing operations. Assist with assigning default locators to parts within assigned manufacturing cells. Help update standard work instructions and support assigned manufacturing cells as needed.
