Key Responsibilities Support new and existing projects from inception to completion - timing, concept, feasibility, design, specifying, construction, try-out, launch, buy-off, budget, prototype programs, and engineering changes. Perform time studies as needed, develop and implement SOPs for all work areas. Update and maintain existing and future SOPs. Work with the senior production team to design solutions to improve production processes, ergonomic design, and economic viability benefiting the operations of the organization.
